ZDF visits Germany's first community wind farm
ZDF heute visited us to film a report on Germany's first community wind farm. The aim of the report is to spread the word about the success story that began in the 1980s.
Dirk Ketelsen, Managing Director of the Reußenköge Community Wind Farm, and Dirk Albrecht, also Managing Director and Mayor of the municipality of Reußenköge, explained to the TV crew how it all began. They emphasized that it's a win-win situation for everyone involved and hope that the TV report will enable multiplier effects.
