Prime Minister Daniel Günther visiting Breezer Aircraft
As part of his summer tour, Schleswig-Holstein's prime minister Daniel Günther took a tour of the Breezer Aircraft factory and also enjoyed a sightseeing flight.
Daniel Günther on his visit to Breezer Aircraft: "The visit to Breezer Aircraft was an absolute first for me: For the first time, I was able to look behind the scenes at an aircraft manufacturer and observe the production process, from cutting the individual parts to the finished aircraft.
I was impressed by the motivation and passion with which the development of innovations is driven here in Bredstedt. I was able to talk to the specialists who develop the aircraft, which they manufacture entirely by hand, and make Breezer Aircraft another company from Schleswig-Holstein whose products are in international demand.
The fact that I then had the opportunity to sit in one of the aircraft myself and take off for a circuit into the North Sea air was a special moment of this year's summer tour.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dirk Ketelsen and his team for the insight and, above all, the outlook; it was certainly not my last visit to Breezer Aircraft."
