NDR television broadcast a compelling documentary on the natural force of wind, a report by Maik Vukan, filmed largely at Dirkshof.
The documentary showcases the many faces of wind as a natural force: from its fun factor for water sports enthusiasts to its role as an important raw material in power generation to its destructive power.
Maik Vukan and his team spent months researching and produced an impressive, sustainability-focused report, the content of which we can only agree with. The section about the economic use of wind was filmed entirely at Dirkshof. Our Head of Technical Operations, Thorben Baudewig, was happy to answer questions.
